Aeschynanthus 'Mona Lisa' (Lipstick Plant)
Aeschynanthus are nicknamed 'lipstick plants' due to the red or pink blooms that closely resemble a lipstick! The Mona Lisa variety is known for its glossy leaves and trails beautifully.
- Water: Aeschynanthus can be quite thirsty plants and will visibly wilt when they need watering. Allow the soil to dry slightly before watering. Do not allow to sit in water as this will cause root rot.
- Light: Bright-medium indirect light. They are more likely to bloom in a sunnier spot.
- Temperature/Humidity: Keep temperatures over 15°C. Humidity of 65% or more preferred.
- Pets: Pet friendly :)
- Feeding: Feed once every 3-4 weeks in growing season (Spring & Summer) using a diluted liquid plant food.
Pot size: 15cm
Please note: All plants are provided in a plastic nursery pot. Any outer decorative pots photographed are for illustration purposes. This plant is not for consumption.
Aeschynanthus do not flower all year round and may not come with flowers in bloom.
